The location is surrounded by many local restaurants and coffe shops including supermarket is very accessible. The room is clean and big, the hotel atmosphere is elegant.

We were met by the baggage porteres who took in our luggage immediately at the entrance. Staff were extremely welcoming and provided us with a coffee of our choice that included local arabic coffee. Our room was not ready since we arrived before check-in time, but the staff gave us access to a toilet to freshen up. We came back at check-in in time and the process was so easy, They gave us the option of 2 rooms. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed and more. bathroom was disifected, had 2 sets of everything. Breakfast included, options of breakfast were very well presented and was very tasty. kitchen staff very accommodating.

Kibria and Noura are assets to the organisation. The guys at the dining table were so helpful in providing me with clean hot water for preparing my baby's food. This was my second time lodging at the hotel and I must say.....thus time was much better. Noura should be the Customer Engagement Officer; the way she attended to my enquiries over the phone, convinced me not to cancel the booking. They accommodated my early check-in and my crib request too.
