The location is surrounded by many local restaurants and coffe shops including supermarket is very accessible. The room is clean and big, the hotel atmosphere is elegant.

The facility was amazingly beautiful. The interior design was great. The room was very clean and very spacious and very well equipped. The location is good to some extent. The staff was very helpful and smiling which is a must for me. Lots of restaurants and groceries beside the hotel.

We were met by the baggage porteres who took in our luggage immediately at the entrance. Staff were extremely welcoming and provided us with a coffee of our choice that included local arabic coffee. Our room was not ready since we arrived before check-in time, but the staff gave us access to a toilet to freshen up. We came back at check-in in time and the process was so easy, They gave us the option of 2 rooms. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed and more. bathroom was disifected, had 2 sets of everything. Breakfast included, options of breakfast were very well presented and was very tasty. kitchen staff very accommodating.

Hotel is clean and luxury, the rooms and corridors smell very nice, the room is equipped with a steam iron. and big desk for work, the stuff react fastly.

As a solo traveler for the 1st time in KSA. I liked it all. that's a very convenient hotel, location, and value:quality. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Kibria and Noura are assets to the organisation. The guys at the dining table were so helpful in providing me with clean hot water for preparing my baby's food. This was my second time lodging at the hotel and I must say.....thus time was much better. Noura should be the Customer Engagement Officer; the way she attended to my enquiries over the phone, convinced me not to cancel the booking. They accommodated my early check-in and my crib request too.

Clean and new, very spacious bathroom, complete with toiletries, with slippers , they also have weighing scale and flat iron with ironing board, with coffee maker, buffet breakfast includes omelette section, easy access to filipino restaurants and supermarket, value for the money, it’s like you stayed in a 4-5star hotel with cheaper price

Noura at the reception was a great help and very friendly, the location of the property is very good all you need is walking distance from the hotel. free parking is available all around the area and it was very safe
